Megan Rapier: Journal Entry 11/1/2006

Halloween at SEMO is so much fun! Everyone dresses up and there are tons of places to go. It's really cool seeing all the costumes that people come up with. Me and my friend were secretaries and had matching costumes. We had a lot of fun.

I ended up going home last weekend. It was really nice to be at home and sleep in my own bed. I also was able to get long sleeved shirts and sweaters since the temperature is dropping. Despite the cold, it is beautiful on campus. All the leaves have changed colors and walking up Cardiac Hill isn't so bad when you can look at the campus and take your mind off the incline.

My grandparents are coming down this weekend for the football game and to see my room. I'm really excited to be able to show them around Cape and around the campus.

Classes are going very well and the semester is flying by. I can't believe it's already November. Only a month and a half of school left before Winter Break.
