Megan Rapier: Journal Entry 12/3/2006

I thought my life was out of control before break, looking at it now it was pretty calm. I guess it's not that I have more to do, it's the fact that I have mono and don't have time or energy to get everything done. Finals are in a week and I have to study for those, teachers are assigning last minute homework, I'm moving into the sorority house, and trying to get everything done that is due by the end of the semester.

On a better note, it was nice to come back to school and finding that everyone wanted to celebrate a belated birthday with me. My friends took me to Lamberts in Sikeston on last Monday and then on Wednesday a bunch of friends went to the Chinese buffet. It was great seeing that everyone cared.

I can't wait for Christmas break, but I don't know how I'm going to be able to stay away from all of my friends for a month. I think I'm going to make a trip to St.Louis because about 90% of my friends are from that area. We'll see what happens.
