Christmas Break was relaxing but I'm so glad to be back with all of my friends! Over break I worked and just relaxed. I came back to Cape for New Years so that I could celebrate it with my friends. I also took a road trip down to St. Louis to see friends. School has started again and it feels like it is going to be a crazy semester.

Today is my mom's birthday and it's kind of sad that I'm not with her for it, but we're getting together soon. She's going to come down so we can celebrate it and spend time. I miss my friends at home and my family but I'm glad to be back at school. I have a new family here at school and it killed me to be away from them over break. I just don't know how I'm going to last three months without them over summer break.

I guess I have many road trips ahead of me.
