Megan Rapier: Journal Entry 3/4/2007 This weekend was so fun! My mom came down for Mom's day and it was really nice to hang out with just her. We ate at McAlister's Deli and their tea really is good! The weather was really nice last week. It was about 60 degrees then yesterday it dropped to 30! It was crazy! Well, this week is the Greek Week blood drive and I'm going to give blood on Wednesday. I'm excited yet scared. I'm excited because I'm trying to get over my fear of needles- and I'm scared cause well...i have a fear of needles. It's hard to imagine that the semester is half over and that spring break is only 2 weeks away! I'm very excited. I don't have any plans yet, but I'm sure I'll do something fun. One cool thing is that on the first Friday of every month the bookstore has a sale and all the clothes are 25% off. I've known about it since the beginning of the year but this past Friday was the first one I had actually gone to. Hopefully it gets warmer this week so we can play outside again. A week ago we played wiffelball and a group of people were playing sand volleyball by towers. It's great when you can go outside and just hang out. |
