Hi everyone. Im sorry I didn’t write last week but I have been sick on and off. Right now I have Strep Throat. It sucks. Other than that everything is great. School is going fine and im having fun doing it. Family weekend was this past week. My mom came down and we ate at Lamberts Café. I wish my dad could have come down but he was in Arizona on a bike trip with a few of his friends.  The football game last Friday was huge!!!!!!!!!! We won in I think double overtime. It was amazing. After the game myself, my best friend, and a lot of actives from my fraternity went to a club and just socialized there. 
 
That night I saw a girl from my Oral Speech class that lives in my dorm. We had talked to each other before but not for too long. Ever since the first time I talked to her, I knew I wanted to get with her. She is so unbelievably beautiful and smart. She is just a really cool girl. I never got with her or asked her on a date before because she was dating a Sigma Chi active, which is the fraternity im pledging. Im not one of those guys that is going to go behind a guys back and get with his girl, especially a guy I really know well. Well while I was at the club I saw the girl and we talked. She told me that she was not dating the active anymore. Well I talked to her the entire night and we walked back to new hall, holding hands the entire way. Now I am dating the girl I had never thought I would have a chance with. So school and my social life are doing great!
