Tenecia Bryant: Journal Entry 1/7/2006 Today was a busy day. The first thing we did was take a coach to Pisa. It was amazing to see something that I've only heard about and seen in books. We didn't go to the top of the tower or inside the cathedrals because it cost, but it was still a great experience. I still can't believe that I got to stand in front of the Leaning Tower of Pisa. We a grabbed a quick lunch and headed to Tuscany to visit Castello Sonnino, a winery inside a castle. There, we toured the wine cellars and had a wine tasting. I'm not a big wine drinker so that was not the highlight of my day. Even though I wasn't that into the wines, I still enjoyed the socializing and now I can say that I've been inside a real castle. After the winery, we took a visit to Sienna for sightseeing. We visited the Duomo and Piazza del Campo. Both were very beautiful structures. When we got back to the hotel, we just relaxed and went to bed early.
