Today we’re just hanging out.  A big group of us watched the movie, V for Vendetta, a must see!  Erin and I went on one last date tonight.  We refuse to leave Peru without trying cuy (guinea pig)!  It’s funny because their guinea pigs are much cuter than the guinea pigs in America, yet they eat theirs and we keep ours as pets!  I ordered alpaca so that we could have a little of both.  Cuy is difficult to eat because it comes fully in tact with everything but the head (some keep it on but ours was removed).  We had to cut through the skin, cut out the organs and ignore the random pieces of hair.  There’s not much meat on it.  Alpaca is really good though.  It came on a kebab, similar to what I’d tried before.
