Hey everybody! My name is Allen Rice and I’m a sophomore majoring in Business Management with an emphasis in Human Resources. I wanted to be an emerging leader facilitator not only because being a participant of the program was fun but the elements of leadership cannot be taught enough. There is always and will always be a need for some type of leader. Who knows I could be helping one of our country’s future leaders to realize their true leadership potential, but if not that’s fine too. Leadership on a small scale will still be needed. “He who he leads, but has no followers, is only taking a walk.”
