Friday Night Leadership (FNL) is a one-day leadership conference sponsored by Campus Life & Event Services and The Office of Residence Life. The program is designed to help student leaders hone their skills in organization management, teambuilding, group dynamics, and personal development. Additionally, it will give participants the opportunity to become better acquainted with fellow student organization members and meet other campus leaders.

Opening Eyes: Seeing Leadership through Another’s
Date: November 13, 2009
Time: Check-in will begin at 3:00 p.m. The program will run from 3:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m..
Location: Dempster Hall
This year's conference will focus on aspects of diversity, understanding, and collaboration. The program consists of an opening session, two small group break-out sessions, dinner and a closing session.
The conference is open to all students. The cost is only $5.00 per person, which includes a t-shirt and dinner. Student leaders and those interested in discussing how to make Southeast a more diverse and inclusive community are encouraged to attend. Participation is limited to the first 100 registrants.
