Purpose of Organization:     ODK identifies, honors, and develops leaders in collegiate and community life. ODK encourages collaboration among students, faculty, staff and alumni to advance leadership. ODK promotes, publicizes and enhances its ideas which include: scholarship, service, integrity, character and fellowship.

Membership:       Southeast Missouri State University junior and senior level undergraduate students, graduate students, and faculty and staff members are able to join ODK.  They must complete an application.  Members are selected on the following principles: scholarship; journalism, publications, speech and the mass media; campus or community service, leadership and campus life; creative and performing arts; and athletics.  Each year, Southeast selects a group of students to be part of Omicron Delta Kappa.  For additional information about ODK, you can email the President or Advisor.
