Purpose of Organization:     To promote academic excellence, cultural awareness, student leadership and development through collaborative efforts with other campus organizations and groups to accelerate retention of and graduation of students of color.  This organization will in effect stimulate minds and be a conduit for university administrators to seek counsel regarding policies and concerns that affect students of color.
