Degree Audit Report Instructions

Degree audit reports may be viewed and printed at any time by logging into the portal at https://portal.semo.edu and following below instructions.  See video instructions at the DAR tutorial by clicking here.

  1. Log into the portal at http://portal.semo.edu
  2. Select the Students Tab
  3. Select My Southeast where it says “Click here to open My Southeast Self Service”
  4. Select “click on this link to access your self service page . . .”
  5. Select Student and Financial Aid
  6. Select Student Records
  7. Select Degree Audit Report
  8. Select Term (choose current term) and click Submit
  9. At bottom of curriculum information, choose Generate New Evaluation
  10. Choose program (if more than one, i.e., double major/double degree) by checking radio button of appropriate program and Generate Request
  11. Choose Detail Requirements and Submit

“MET” indicates the requirement has been fulfilled or a course meeting the requirement is currently in progress. “NOT MET” indicates courses that have not yet been taken.

The major grade point average is listed on the bottom of the “major requirements” section.  Please note core/support courses and University Studies courses do not count in the major GPA.

To find total hours completed and cumulative grade point average, please view the unofficial transcript through the portal.
