DegreeWorks Reports

Reports may be viewed and printed at any time by logging into the portal at and following below instructions.

  1. Log into your MySoutheast account at
  2. Click on the "Student" Tab
  3. On the right side of the screen, scroll down to find the "Bookmarks Plus" channel. Click on the "DegreeWorks Student" link.
  4. Your degree/major information will be automatically loaded into the DegreeWorks system. Note that the portal will still be running in the background so both the portal and DegreeWorks will be open for use and review.

How Do I View my Degree Audit?

On the Worksheets tab, audits can be viewed in two different formats: Student View and Registration Checklist. The Student View is the default format and contains the most comprehensive information. Change your view be selecting "Registration Checklist" from the drop-down list and click the "View" button.

What is the What-If Feature?

By clicking the "What-If" link on the Worksheets tab, you can review your completed courses against the requirements for any other degree, major, minor combination available on the drop-down lists. Once you have selected the chosen criteria, click "Process What-If" to run your audit.

What is the Planner?

The Planner is currently under development and you should be hearing more about it later in the year. When it is ready, the Planner is a tool for you to arrange course requirements into future semester blocks. You and your advisor may find this helpful as you plan your academic career.

What is the Comments tab?

The Comments tab can carry information from your advisor such as your registration PIN, priority date or any other information your advisor feels is necessary to post for your review.

What is the GPA Calculator?

By clicking on the "GPA Calc" tab, you gain access to three different GPA calculators. The Graduation Calculator will help you determine how you need to perform to reach your desired GPA upon graduating. The Term Calculator will help you set specific goals for the classes in your current term. The Advice Calculator will help you determine how many credits of a specifc grade average are needed to reach your desired GPA. All calculators are based on your current cumulative overall GPA.
