CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo., Sept. 10, 2004 – The Southeast Missouri State University Press has announced a contest for the Copperdome Poetry Chapbook Award.

Writers are asked to send 20 to 24 pages of their poetry, along with a separate sheet with the chapbook title, author’s name, address and phone number.

Entries must include a $15 reading fee, which also will include a copy of the winning chapbook. The deadline for submissions is Feb. 1.

Authors may have previous work published in magazines or anthologies.
