    Due to snow in the region, Southeast Missouri State University’s campuses in Sikeston, Kennett and Malden, Missouri,  and Southeast’s programs at Three Rivers College in Poplar Bluff, Missouri, will be closed on Tuesday, Jan. 16. The Cape College Center also will be closed on Jan. 16.
