Students who wish to pursue managerial or administrative roles within retail, finance, banking or health fields or those who seek a general business degree.
The general management option is ideal for individuals aspiring to advance into upper managerial positions and holds the same AACSB accreditation as our other options available on-campus. While focusing on business administration coursework emphasizing leadership, communication, information technology and financial analysis, students learn how to manage people and resources in the global marketplace.
The Master of Science in Organizational Management degree is especially well suited for people who do not have a major in business administration at the undergraduate level, but are employed in positions with managerial responsibilities. The additional management training will allow supervisors to better perform in their current position and advance to mid-level managerial positions and beyond. This degree is ideal for people who want to prepare for a career in business, gain industry specific knowledge, enhance career potential, boost advancement opportunities, and desire career services assistance.
