Band Camp, Day 3

Greetings!
Well, I did sleep fabulously last night, and have felt fine all day! In fact this has been one of the best days of band camp I have ever gone through. Everybody in the trumpet section is just sooo funny, and I am sore from laughing, where I used to be sore from push-ups! The band has done an awesome job and we have completely learned the show! Gosh, everybody works so hard and they really do care. It was so funny though, because at one point Mr. Bernhardt said, "Guess what? I'm gonna be in London in 2 days!" There was an instant gasp across the band, because you could tell that's when it hit everyone "Wow, we're really going to do this!"
Tomorrow night the jazz band and the marching band are giving a public performance, so I'm excited and I'll get to see Mom and Dad. I probably won't be writing on here again until I arrive in London on the 21st. We're leaving by charter bus Monday morning in order to fly out of Chicago on an 8 hour flight. Yeah, I have a feeling my slight A.D.D may begin to show itself! Haha! Catch ya later tators!
