Marc Fulgham plays with the Southeast Brass Quintet

Southeast Brass Quintet

The Southeast Faculty Brass Quintet is a chamber ensemble comprised of three brass faculty members plus one student and one community member. Our group is dedicated to the performance of brass chamber music from all eras. This ensemble has been in existence since the early 1990s and began again with fresh faces in the fall of 2004.  The trumpeters in the group are Marc Fulgham and Barry Bernhardt, both senior faculty members in the Department of Music and the horn part is being played by Robert Conger, also a music faculty member, on alto trombone.  Our other members include Charles Kelley (tuba), who is a Southeast graduate and Ken DeArman (trombone), a junior music performance major.  This group performs for many community service activities around Cape Girardeau as well as pre-concert music for the Paducah Symphony. If you are interested in obtaining the services of this fine ensemble, please contact Marc Fulgham by phone, (573) 651-2341, or by e-mail mfulgham@semo.edu.
