Rebecca Fulgham is the director of the Southeast Music Academy and also teaches piano lessons through the Academy. Formerly the head of the Arts Council of Southeast Missouri, she has a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Education and a Master’s Degree in Piano Pedagogy from Pittsburg State University. She has maintained a studio in Cape since 1990, and lives in Cape Girardeau with her husband Marc, who is professor of trumpet in the Department of Music at Southeast.
