Details
Crops will be grown in the demonstration field that can be converted into fuel sources or alternatives to chemicals in many products. Establishment of a Biomass/Biofuels Research and Demonstration Field is a commitment to finding new biomass-based economic development opportunities in the Missouri Bootheel and to partner with the private sector to advance the necessary technologies that could ultimately transform this region into the most sustained and productive agriculture region in North America.
