CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo., April 8, 2013 – The Rosemary Berkel and Harry L. Crisp II Museum at Southeast Missouri State University’s River Campus will host a drawing class, led by Open Window Studio artist Kelly Hughes, from 9:30 a.m. to noon Tuesdays, April 16 to May 7.
The class, for adults at any drawing skill level, is designed to improve one’s ability to see as an artist sees.
Hughes will introduce specific drawing exercises that will assist in capturing ideas on paper. This knowledge can be extended and developed further in other artistic mediums to create intriguing compositions.
Due to limited seating, preregistration is required. To register and acquire the class supply list, contact the museum at (573) 651-2260.
