Regents to Consider Institute for Regional Innovation and Entrepreneurshipby News Bureau on
CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo., Sept. 20, 2013 – The Southeast Missouri State University Board of Regents will consider approving an Institute for Regional Innovation and Entrepreneurship when it meets Sept. 21.
The meeting is scheduled for 8 a.m. in the Jolliet Room at the Drury Plaza Hotel at the Arch in St. Louis. The meeting will follow a Board retreat in St. Louis today.
The Regents will consider updating the Business Policy and Procedure manual statement concerning tobacco use in the workplace and approving a recommendation to award a medical insurance contract to United Healthcare for the year beginning Jan. 1.
On its consent items agenda, the Board will consider several academic program changes, the Ohio Valley Conference Governing Board Certification Form for 2013-2014 and resolutions of honor for the gymnastics team and men’s track and field athletes.
