Currently enrolled students and part-time or full-time employees, may visit the food pantry once each every two weeks. To obtain food items, recipients will can in with a Southeast ID to validate current enrollment or employment. Former students or employees are not eligible to access the pantry. Currently enrolled students are those who enrolled for the semester they are accessing the pantry. Eligibility during a break period will be determined by looking at a student’s enrollment for the semester previous to the break or are enrolled for the semester after the break period.
Please request food by applying in person during Redhawk Pantry operational hours. You can fill out a Redhawk Pantry request form to indicate which food items you are planning to obtain. After completing the request form, you can walk around the pantry and pick food items you need. You can follow the supplementary Redhawk Pantry food supply guide, which will provided to you after completing the Redhawk Pantry request form, to decide the quantity of food items to obtain.
Please bring your Southeast ID to validate current enrollment or employment when picking up food items.
To obtain food items, recipients must agree to the following and sign the designated area in the Redhawk Food Pantry request form.
"By my signature I acknowledge receipt of free food from the Redhawks Pantry. I further
understand and agree that by accepting this donated food I freely and voluntarily,
with full knowledge, hold harmless and in no way liable or responsible for the quality,
condition, or packaging of the food, Southeast Missouri State University, its officers,
agents, employees, students, volunteers, and food suppliers."
