Simply come to the Redhawk Pantry and scan your Southeast ID. Each time you need to use Redhawk Pantry, please bring your Southeast ID and scan.
The Pantry staff is not able to look up your student ID, therefore, no access to the pantry can be provided without a Southeast ID. If you need information on obtaining a new Southeast ID you can visit ID Services in the University Center or their website.
You can access the pantry once every two weeks. The Redhawk Food Pantry is a supplemental pantry, meaning we can assist with your food need, but we are unable to provide a full two weeks’ worth of food.
Currently enrolled students and part-time or full-time employees, may visit the food pantry once every two weeks. To obtain food items, recipients will scan in with a Southeast ID to validate current enrollment or employment. Former students or employees are not eligible to access the pantry. Currently enrolled students are those who enrolled for the semester they are accessing the pantry. Eligibility during a break period will be determined by looking at a student’s enrollment for the semester previous to the break or who are enrolled for the semester after the break period.

Use this as a guide when processing orders that list a dietary restriction. If you are unsure of a product, simply attach a note to the order to ask the person when they come pick it up.
