The IT Help Desk is located in Academic Hall 140 and Towers South 202. The Help Desk will provide support for University-provided software and Ethernet (ResNet) Support. The Help Desk is not allowed to work on student PC hardware issues and your student will need to contact a local vendor (e.g. BestBuy) for hardware support.
But, if needed, students can take their computer to either of the Help Desks where staff will provide guidance to the student on virus and operating system updates, virus removal and spyware removal. No drop-offs are accepted and appointments are encouraged.
