The Missouri Statewide Early Literacy Intervention Program

The Missouri Statewide Early Literacy Intervention Program (MSELIP) is designed to ensure that all Missouri children will be able to read by the third grade. MSELIP includes a Reading Recovery^® component, an early literacy group component and professional development for classroom teachers.
