We have added a variety of new classes to our regular schedule such as the popular TRX Suspension Training Classes, Sunrise Yoga, Body Bar Combat, 80’s/90’s Step Circuit and more! Spring Break may be over but your fitness routine should continue to get your ready for the summer! Unlimited group fitness passes have been reduced to $25. Get moving Southeast! This semester you are invited to participate in our noon walk/run program. We will offer 6 structured walking or running routes around campus. Meet at the Student Recreation Center lobby and take a map and go OR walk inside on the track if the weather is not cooperating. You must walk for at least 25 minutes and take part in all 6 walks in order to qualify for the prize.
Anytime between 11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Recreation Services is launching a new wellness program through which faculty and staff, and their spouses will be able to earn a free or discounted recreation center membership. By participating in Recreation Services programs, faculty and staff can earn SE or "Sweat Equity" points during three consecutive semesters that can then be cashed in for a free or discounted recreation center membership. All you have to do is sign up; we'll do the rest! A current membership is not required to participate in the program.

Recreation Services has added the option of a monthly fee schedule to its membership rates. Beginning Monday, Jan. 14, individuals wanting to purchase a membership for a period less than a full semester will have the option of purchasing a monthly membership. All-Inclusive or Full Student Recreation Center memberships will be available on a monthly basis.
Recreation Services now offers opportunities for those without a membership to participate in the group fitness and intramural sports programs. For $80 per semester, non-members may purchase a group fitness pass that will allow them to participate in group fitness classes without having to purchase a recreation center membership. Similarly, the purchase of a $40 per semester intramural sports pass will allow non-members to participate in intramural sports activities.
