Lunch Express Yoga

Come enjoy this 30-minute invigorating and rejuvenating workout and relaxation. Bring your friends and co-workers to refresh your body and mind. Please come in loose fitting clothing that allows movements. Additionally, please bring your own yoga mat (if available) and a belt/old tie that can be used as a strap. No prior registration is required. This program is walk-in basis.  

Schedule: 12:15 - 12:45 p.m. 
Mondays, Jan. 27 - May 5 (No class on March 17)
Location: Student Recreation Center - North, Group Fitness Studio (Room 202)   

Fee: Free to Southeast faculty, staff and students.

Lunch Express Pilates

A system of controlled exercises that engage the mind and condition the total body. The blend of strength and flexibility training improves posture, reduces stress and creates long, lean muscles without bulking up.

Schedule: 12:15 - 12:45 p.m.
Tuesdays, Jan. 21 - May 6 (No class on March 18)
Location: Student Recreation Center - North, Group Fitness Studio (Room 202)  
Fee: Free to Southeast faculty, staff and students.  

Lunch Express Core Strength

Come enjoy this 30-minute class that focuses on strengthening abdominals and lower back muscles to create a strong and centered core. Strong core muscles are essential for daily physical movements and activities. No prior registration is required. This program is walk-in basis.

Wednesdays, Jan. 22 - May 7 (No class on March 19) 
Location: Student Recreation Center - North, Group Fitness Studio (Room 202)    
Fee: Free to Southeast faculty, staff and students.  

Lunch Express Yogilates

A type of class that blends yoga and pilates and focuses on strengthening the core while eliciting the mental and flexibility benefits of yoga.

Thursdays, Jan. 23 - May 8 (No class on March 20)  
Location: Student Recreation Center - North, Group Fitness Studio (Room 202)  
Fee: Free to Southeast faculty, staff and students.  

Lunch Express Bootcamp

Transform your body with high intensity cardio, strength, core training, drills and more! New exercises each week will shock your muscles and boost your results. Great for all levels - be prepared to sweat!

Fridays, Jan. 24 - May 9 (No class on March 21 & April 18)

Monday - Friday: 5:30 a.m. - 8 p.m.
Saturday & Sunday: Noon - 7 p.m.

SAQ:
Monday - Friday: 5:30 - 7:30 a.m.; 11 a.m. - 1 p.m.; 4 - 7 p.m.
Saturday & Sunday: Noon - 5 p.m.

SRC-South:
Monday - Friday: 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
Saturday & Sunday: Closed

*All facilities will be closed May 26 & July 4.
