The Annual Wellness Screening offers the following services to Southeast community either free of charge (for those who are covered with the University’s United Healthcare insurance plan) or nominal fee for those without the University’s plan. Why do you want to participate in the Annual Wellness Screening?
The Annual Wellness Screening offers a variety of screenings at a convenient location on campus. Additionally, there will be no out -of-pocket cost if you are participating in the University’s United Healthcare insurance plan. There will be a nominal fee if you are non-participant. As the pre-registration is required, there will not be a long wait at the screening.
How do I register?
To participate in the Annual Wellness Screening, prior registration is required. To view or print pre-screening instructions and other helpful information, click here. This site is on a secure server and you will be asked to enter your Southeast ID number and PIN. Your PIN is a four-digit code made up of the day and year you were born, in the form of “ddyy” (i.e. October 2, 1970 = 0270). Southeast students and retirees/their spouses who have not participated recently need to contact Eric Redinger, Assistant Director, Recreation Services at (573) 651-2471 to gain access to the online registration system.

How do I pay for services of the Annual Wellness Screening?
All screening fees are due at the time of service. A billing statement will be mailed to you via campus mail or to your home prior to your screening appointment. Payment methods include check, Student Charge (Southeast students only), or University Charge (Southeast employees only). Exact payment is required. NO DEBIT/CREDIT CARD PAYMENT WILL BE ACCEPTED (Including a debit card from Medical Reimbursement Accounts and/or Health Savings Accounts). *We cannot accept a debit card from Medical Reimbursement Accounts and/or Health Savings Accounts. A receipt indicating what services are paid for by a participant will be provided for insurance reimbursement purposes. Please contact your health insurance provider for their reimbursement process, if applicable.
How will I get the results of the Annual Wellness Screening? The results of the Annual Wellness Screening will be mailed to you in aprroximately3-4 weeks after the screening.
