Personal Training

We offer a variety of personal training services to tailor to your individual needs. Whether you want to learn a proper way to exercise, workout with your friends, or know your current fitness level, we have something for you. Each session is one hour with a certified personal trainer.

Fitness Assessment

In a Fitness Assessment, our personal trainer will administer several different screenings to measure your body composition, cardiovascular level, muscular strength/endurance, and flexibility. This service is great for you if you want to assess your fitness level before you start a new fitness regimen, and to monitor your progress after you start the regimen.

One-on-One Personal Training

This service is for those who want to start your exercise routine safely, learn proper techniques to exercise and get encouragements and challenges from a personal trainer. Our personal trainer will develop a fitness program with your specialized needs in mind. Get the attention you deserve!

Buddy Training

If you want to workout with your friends, this service is for you. We know it is always fun to workout with your friends or family! You can get a fitness program to fit the need of each person from our personal trainer.

About Your Personal Trainer

Our personal trainers are certified with nationally recognized fitness organizations such as Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA), American Council on Exercise (ACE), and American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM).
