Noon Walk/Run Program

Get moving Southeast! This semester you are invited to participate in Recreation Services' Noon Walk/Run Program. Recreation Services will offer six structured walking or running routes around campus. Meet at the Student Recreation Center lobby and take a map and go or walk inside on the track if the weather is not cooperating. You must walk for at least 25 minutes and take part in all six walks in order to qualify for the prize.

Dates:
Feb. 5 and 19 (Meet in the Student Recreation Center-North (SRC-N))
March 5 and 26 (Meet in Student Recreation Center - South)
April 9 and 23 (Meet in SRC-N)

Time:
Anytime between 11:30 a.m. and 1 p.m.

Wellness Fair

The Department of Recreation Services is hosting the Annual Wellness Fair. Come and discover how to stay healthy and active and to prevent injuries and illness. Exhibitors from on-campus departments and community agencies will offer presentation, screening and educational information. Admission is free.

Stress Buster Mini-Massage

Studying for final exams surely stresses you out. We are here to help you relax. Licensed massage therapists are ready to give you free massage. Each massage is approximately five to ten minutes.  

Schedule: 10:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m., Wednesday, May 7

Location: University Center, 3rd Floor  

Fee: Free for Southeast students

SRC-North:
Monday - Friday: 5:30 a.m. - 8 p.m.
Saturday & Sunday: Noon - 7 p.m.

SAQ:
Monday - Friday: 5:30 - 7:30 a.m.; 11 a.m. - 1 p.m.; 4 - 7 p.m.
Saturday & Sunday: Noon - 5 p.m.

SRC-South:
Monday - Friday: 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
Saturday & Sunday: Closed

*All facilities will be closed May 26 & July 4.
