Do you need tips and motivation to keep your healthy weight during holidays? We are here to help! This program is for you to learn tips on how to make healthy choices and maintain healthy weight during holiday seasons. You pick one day to come to the Student Recreation Center-North for a presentation and weigh in prior to the Thanksgiving holiday. You will make an effort to maintain healthy weight during the holiday break. You pick one day after the holiday to weigh in. The person who gained the least amount of weight will win a prize! This program is free for Southeast students, faculty, and staff. No registration is required. Come to a pre-holiday presentation & weigh-in on either November 16 or 17 to participate.

Post-Holiday Weigh-In (pick one day)

Thursday, December 1, 12:15-12:45 p.m., Multipurpose Room, Student Recreation Center-North

Monday - Friday: 5:30 a.m. - 8 p.m.
Saturday & Sunday: Noon - 7 p.m.

SAQ:
Monday - Friday: 5:30 - 7:30 a.m.; 11 a.m. - 1 p.m.; 4 - 7 p.m.
Saturday & Sunday: Noon - 5 p.m.

SRC-South:
Monday - Friday: 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
Saturday & Sunday: Closed

*All facilities will be closed May 26 & July 4.
