Biloxi Blues On April 10-12 and 18-20 the Department of Theatre and Dance at Southeast Missouri State University will proudly present "Biloxi Blues." It is the second part Neil Simon’s trilogy of semiautobiographical plays, is a coming-of-age story of Eugene Jerome, a New York City Jew who is uprooted and transplanted to Biloxi, Miss., for basic training in the U.S. Army in the final years of WWII.
