Missouri Service Disabled Veteran - A Missouri organization or organization that maintains place of business in Missouri, that is 51% owned and controlled by a Service-Disabled Veteran, defined as any individual who is disabled as certified by the appropriate federal agency responsible for the administration of veterans' affairs.
