Dr. John Mack Faragher of Yale University is the director the Howard R. Lamar Center and is widely regarded as the nation’s leading scholar of the American West. He recently presented the Sixth Annual Veryl L. Riddle Distinguished History Lecture at Southeast Missouri State University, speaking on the topic “A New Look at Violence in the American West.”

Ken Thomas is the archivist at the University of Missouri-St. Louis and the author of a dozen conspiracy theories books. He spoke last week at Southeast Missouri State University about the Kennedy assassination.
