Dr. George Suggs is a retired history professor from Southeast Missouri State University. He has written six books on history and has recently penned his first fictional work, Shady Grove.

Jean Bell Mosley wrote a weekly column for the Southeast Missourian for 51 years and authored several books. In an interview with Tom Harte, her daughter-in-law Viney Mosley discusses her life and her forthcoming posthumous autobiography, And God Answered.
