Morley Swingle is Cape Girardeau County's prosecuting attorney, though he may be better known as an author. His latest book, Scoundrels to the Hoosegow: Perry Mason Moments and Entertaining Cases from the Files of a Prosecuting Attorney, comes from his experiences putting the bad guys behind bars.
