Southeast Missouri State University president Ken Dobbins speaks with Going Public's Chris Schnell about the River Campus, Southeast's record enrollment, and challenges facing the university.

One early November morning 1915, Jasper Jacob "Jap" Francis was brutally murdered just outside of the small Ozarks town of Stoutland, Missouri. Alan Terry Wright wrote a new book about the killing, Murder on Rouse Hill, published by Southeast Missouri State University Press. He spoke with Going PUblic's Jacob McCleland.
