Carol Gosset and Surabhi Barbhaya are concultants for Arcturis Architecture and they helped design Cape Girardeau's new comprehensive plan.

Taylor Crowe is a Cape Girardeau native and a recent graduate from the California Institute of Art. He is also autistic.

Mr. Crowe gives presentations across the country to help teachers and professionals who work with autistic children. He also keeps a website, www.taylorcrowe.com.
