Missouri Treasurer Clint Zweifel serves as the new chairman of the Missouri Housing Development Commission. This past week, state auditor Susan Montee reported that members of the M-H-D-C have been involved in serious conflicts of interest, and Zweifel proposed reforms to the commission’s code of conduct. Zweifel spoke with Jacob McCleland.
