Going Public for February 25, 2007

Dr. Jane Kelley, who is trained as a nurse and anthropologist and has spent the past two and a half years in Lebanon founding the nursing master’s degree program at the American University of Beirut, will be featured at 3 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 25, on Southeast Public Radio's "Going Public" program.
 
Kelley will share some of her perspectives on current issues and culture in Lebanon and the Middle East as a whole.

On the "River Tales" segment of the program, the Rev. John Harth, pastor of Guardian Angel Parish in Oran, Mo., describes his decision to leave a television career to become a Catholic priest.

This week’s "Going Public" is hosted by Tom Harte and Jacob McCleland. The program airs every Sunday afternoon at 3 p.m. on 90.9 FM, KRCU, and 88.9 FM, KSEF.
