One early November morning 1915, Jasper Jacob "Jap" Francis was brutally murdered just outside of the small Ozarks town of Stoutland, Missouri. Alan Terry Wright wrote a new book about the killing, Murder on Rouse Hill, published by Southeast Missouri State University Press. He spoke with Going PUblic's Jacob McCleland.
