Morley Swingle’s latest book, “Bootheel Man,” is a sequel to his debut work, “The Gold of Cape Girardeau.” It’s a courtroom drama that pits Native Americans against the owner of a private museum in a battle over the rights to the bones of Bootheel Man, a Native American who lived in Cahokia and Southeast Missouri in the year 1050.
Morley Swingle talks about his new book and we speak with Gina Gray, an Osage Indian artist who Swingle commissioned to create the artwork featured on the cover of the new book.
