Cape Girardeau city officials met with citizens several times this year to discuss ways to improve the city. The result is a new 20-year vision for Cape Girardeau. Southeast Public Radio's Jacob McCleland spoke with Carol Gossett, the planning director for the architectural firm that helped design Cape Girardeau's new comprehensive plan.
