Early one morning in 1915, Jasper Francis was murdered in cold blood while on his way to Stoutland, Missouri. Alan Terry Wright has written a book about the murder and the ensuing trial, Murder on Rouse Hill, published by Southeast Missouri State University Press. He spoke with Jacob McCleland.
