Old Town Cape is a non-profit organization that helps promote Cape Girardeau's downtown district. They have several ongoing projects, including the Fountain Street expansion, adding more police officers to the downtown area on weekends, and development to compliment the new River Campus. The executive director of Old Town Cape, Marla Mills, spoke with Jacob McCleland.
