Missouri Felony Gun Laws

A couple of weekends ago, police pulled over a convicted sex offender in Cape Girardeau with a loaded gun, some ammunition, and a stun gun in his car. The following Monday, he was let free. It turned out that he wasn’t breaking any laws. Cape Girardeau County Prosecuting Attorney Morley Swingle and SEPR's Jacob McCleland examine the loopholes in Missouri's felony gun laws.
