Winter projects. We all have them. They are those things inside the house that we need to attend to but when it’s nice outside, it’s hard to focus on that inside “to-do” list.
After winter sets in, we’re cooped up inside and it’s the perfect time to work on those winter projects. That’s what we’re doing here at KRCU. This winter, we’re going through the collection of LPs once owned by the late Jim Hickam, who co-hosted Your Folk Connection on KRCU for over 12 years.
There are a LOT of LPs in Jim’s collection and it is very eclectic. Jim was a lover of folk music but not just folk music. There’s rock, country, Irish ballads, classical, spoken word and much more.
Join us Tuesday nights at 7:00 p.m. and Sunday nights at 6:00 p.m. beginning January 5, 2010 for KRCU’s Winter Project.
