The Small Business Development Center of Southeast Missouri State University will be conducting counseling sessions for area small business persons and individuals planning business ventures. The counselor, Gil Degenhardt, will be available from 1  to 3 p.m. on Thursday, May 15 at the Cape Girardeau Chamber of Commerce. 

The counseling sessions are approximately one hour and are free of charge to persons taking advantage of the service. Registration is required. To register call (573) 335-3312.
