The Arts Council of Southeast Missouri will host “ArtsCape” Community Arts Festival. Included in the events will be free concerts from jazz and blues to bluegrass more than 50 fine arts and crafts vendors; children’s art tent, petting zoo and Southeast Explorer Museum Mobile. 

The event will take place from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday, May 17 at Capaha Park in Cape Girardeau. For more information call (573) 334-9233.
